Als ik een dag vrij ben en ik heb niks te doen dan ga ik snel piekeren, ik krijg geen aanvallen.. Gelukkig heb ik daar goede handvatten voor om dat af te kappen. Mocht het toch gebeuren dan zorg ik voor een stille ruimte en dan ga ik zitten of liggen en gebruik ik de VGZ Mindfulness app..( aanrader) toch wil ik leren om op vrije dagen wat minder te denken aan angst.. Zijn er meer mensen die op vrije dagen deze ongemakken ervaren en heeft iemand nog tips.

Hallo,
Dit is zeer herkenbaar. Ik ervaar precies hetzelfde.
Als ik werk denk ik, ik heb een tijdje vrij nodig want ik kan de spanning niet aan, maar als ik dan vrij ben zijn de klachten veel erger en spreek ik ook bijna niemand.
Ik denk toch dat dat komt door minder afleiding en dat je gedachten onbewust op hol slaan. (Bij mij althans)
Zo zit je in een cirkel waar je lastig uit komt.
